Rajiv is responsible for the growth of Bloomberg's financial products business in South Asia.
He has spent over 15 years consulting financial institutions on their technology needs across Asia Pacific; and held key leadership roles within Bloomberg in Sydney and Mumbai.
Rajiv has been instrumental in driving some of the key projects and innovation for Bloomberg in the South-Asia region. In his current role, he has also driven strategic partnerships with key financial institutions in India to collaborate on financial
technology, and automation among other areas. He has deep sectoral knowledge and is a frequent commentator on India’s financial market development and risk management landscape.
Rajiv holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai's Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics (University of Mumbai).
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Rajiv managed a key set of high-networth clients at LKP Securities. Rajiv is a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusion at the workplace and is a member of Bloomberg’s APAC Diversity & Inclusion Council.
He is an avid cricketer, passionate supporter of the Indian cricket team and an amateur golfer.
